This is an Explainer animation detailing the process for tenant lock-outs in a Seattle condominium complex. The procedure involves security measures to verify the persons tenancy as well as maintain key control throughout the lock-out response. I wanted to make an informative and engaging animation for the security guards who would be required to learn this information during their training. The company executives were happy with the end result.

I drew and rendered the background sets in Adobe Photoshop, created the characters as vector art, and imported all the assets into Adobe After Effects. The backgrounds were layered in order to create a parallax effect. I used the puppet tool in AE to rig the characters with a skeleton and animated all the assets in AE. All sound effects were royalty-free and I provided the voice over.
